We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. We retain transactional records (purchases) for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymize your information unless legally required to retain it.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. The free Athlete Roadmap and $99 ebook are designed for high school and college-age athletes (typically 14+) and their parents. Parents make purchases on behalf of minor athletes. If a minor under 13 has submitted information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit via HTTPS, secure payment processing through Stripe, access controls on our internal systems). No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information is transferred to and processed in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
