These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Athlete Circle's website, free guides, $99 "Build Your Athlete Circle" digital product, strategy calls, and any other services we offer (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Athlete Circle ("TAC," "we," "us") is an educational and advisory platform helping student-athletes and their families make informed decisions about NIL, agents, contracts, and long-term opportunities. We are not a registered sports agent, financial advisor, attorney, or recruiting service.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
NIL rules vary by state, school, and conference. You are responsible for complying with your institution's NIL policies, NCAA bylaws, applicable state law, and the Uniform Athlete Agents Act where applicable. TAC's content is general and educational; we do not represent that any framework or template will be compliant in your specific jurisdiction.
All content on the Services (ebooks, frameworks, scorecards, written materials, video, audio, and brand elements) is owned by The Athlete Circle or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal license for your own use. All other rights are reserved.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any specific outcome will result from their use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. TAC's total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold TAC, its officers, contractors, and partners harmless from any claim or demand arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance.
